Customer satisfaction survey 2009: Azkoyen is a serious and reliable company

The results obtained in the section on brand perception, Azkoyen has been noted for its reliability in all of its products and services. In other sections,  63% of customers stated that Azkoyen is an evolving company with highly efficient products.

More than 100 customers, from six different sectors and different nationalities, have been involved in this survey. They represent around the 92.22% of the total turnover.

This survey is a great opportunity to keep improving. Every result and comment have been carefully analysed. Also, all considered not satisfactory score has activated a specific action plan for each customer or generic to the company. Maiza Miguel, director of Azkoyen Medios de Pago, personally communicates that plan to the company.
