Social Commitment

It is a pleasure to present the first Social Responsibility Report for Azkoyen Medios de Pago, the first compilation of the activities carried out in an economic, social and environmental aspect by Our Business Unit.

We seek in this first edition, especially dedicated to our employees, that this report becomes a vehicle for communicating what has been done so far, assuming nothing more than a point of reference for our future action.

Our commitment to the EFQM model encourages us to move forward in this area and our report will serve as a benchmark for measuring our progress and improvement in this field.

This report, which has been written following the Guide G3 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), seeks, as far as we can, to contribute to the implementation of sustainable development in society, and make known, with transparency and comparability, our achievements through our good work, professionalism and the dedication of all our staff who make up Azkoyen Medios de Pago SA.

We are grateful to Fundación Caja Navarra for their support and cooperation in producing the Social Commitment document. I would like to publicly acknowledge the success of its "You choose, you decide" as well as sharing their knowledge to produce CSR reports with us.
